The Village of Twin Oaks uses both the Valley Park Fire Department and West County EMS & Fire Protection District for fire services based on your address and zip code. In case of an emergency, for those living in 63088, Valley Park Fire Department is dispatched and for those living in 63021, West County EMS & Fire Protection District is dispatched. Both entites are open to helping all of the residents and businesses within our community and provide a number of services. Emergency Preparedness

COMMUNITY EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM Training

Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Training is available to all Twin Oaks residents, free of charge, through our contracted Fire and Police personnel. Please contact 636-225-7873 for further information. 

Police Services

The Village contracts with St. Louis County for its Police Services. Our Resident Patrol Officer is Jim Grotha. For non-emergency calls, please contact 636-256-2602, for all emergencies dial 911.
