Incorporated in May 1938, the Village of Twin Oaks is a small municipality located at the intersection of Big Bend and Highway 141 in West St. Louis County. Although small, Twin Oaks offers its residents quiet community living with easy access to a number of highways, arterials, restaurants and retail businesses.
